3. Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active Tojay account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts, along with the forfeiture of any associated balances.
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, valid contact details, and correct date of birth. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.2 Account Security
You are entirely responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and any linked payment methods — secure. Tojay will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available security features on your account.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to safe and transparent operations, Tojay may request identity documents before processing large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on Tojay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. Tojay does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are typically credited to your Tojay account immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable period, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where technically possible. To submit a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified and your deposit must not have any outstanding playthrough requirements attached.
Tojay aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any verification requirements. Bank transfers may take slightly longer than mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa.
4.3 Currency & Exchange
Tojay operates exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, and withdrawals are processed at the PKR value shown in your account at the time of the request.

5.3 Promotional Changes
Tojay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from accounts that display patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on Tojay — including slot games, live casino tables, and any sports-related entertainment content — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by the platform or by individual players.
Results displayed after a game round is completed are final. In the rare event of a technical malfunction during a game session that affects the outcome, Tojay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to your account. We will notify you directly if this occurs.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Tojay content without prior written permission.
Game content provided by third-party software providers is subject to those providers' own licensing terms. Tojay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tojay provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and a smooth user experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tojay and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption to service.
In all cases, Tojay's total liability to any individual user shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
